Added bbstoreaccounts man page.
Added man-page specific XSL stylesheets.
Rearranged the layout of the output directories. There are now
2 output directories:
- box-hmtl, which gets tarred up into the dockit tarball for
installation on a web server.
- man-pages, which contains all the .1.gz files for installation
somewhere in $MANPATH (/usr/share/man/manX?)
