btrfs-progs: drop argument from attribute deprecated
The optional argument to attribute 'deprecated' has been introduced in gcc 4.5, and does not build on 4.4 which is still in use. The recommended replacements are mentioned in the comment, not absolutely necessary to repeat it via the attribute.
