- debian-bug.el:
  Bug fix: "Bug submenus have vanished", thanks to Bill Wohler for the
  report and to Camm Maguire for an initial patch (Closes: #463053).
  This _should_ go in lenny; I have only changed code that was currently
  broken under the new Debian bug web page format.
