This is only a Recommends in dgit.deb so we need to pull it in
explicitly for the tests that need it.
We add the dependency unconditionally to the test suite tests that
depend on dgit, since that avoids having to track exactly when it's
needed. (This module has an Installed-Size of 228.)

This test is misnamed right now, but really we are going to make it do
something interesting.
Right now it just sets everything up to access the mirror via http
rather than file://.

This tests alternating dgit and non-dgit uploads. These were broken
by the bug #934126 (check_for_git always returns false), in the http
rework, and not detected by the test suite (!)
This test *does* break if check_for_git always returns false.

At the very least we want at least one test which fails when
check_for_git is nobbled ad-hoc [1] to return 1. "clone-nogit" fits
that bill (verified experimentally).
Pick two other tests to enable this for, roughly arbitrarily.
(Two tests which chain to clone-nogit are affected too.)
Of course we also want a test which fails when check_for_git falsely
returns 0. We don't have one right now. Coming up...

These are now handled by the scanning of t-import-*.
Change to the output is simply to move quilt earlier in the list.

We should exercise all that tarball import machinery.
The test doesn't yet really examine the results.

This is quite old now. We are dropping support for it.
The new tags came in in dgit 2.0 in October 2016. No version of dgit
without them was in any Debian release. We don't expect there are any
sites using old servers which do not support the new format, or anyone
using a dgit client older than 2.x who cannot upgrade.

We are going to make this more sophisticated, so use it everywhere to
avoid duplication.
We need to soup up tstunt/debchange so that it does not depend on
DGIT_TEST_REAL_DEBCHANGE. If it hasn't been put on the PATH by
t-tstunt, that isn't set, and we can just run debchange from PATH.
This makes faketime a test dependency for all the tests which don't
have NO-DEFAULT.

"test suite: Test dgit calling git-debrebase on new debianisation"
failed to update the test dependencies, and does not work in a formal
autopkgtest run because dgit is not installed.
Additionally, Because scripts in devscripts have their own individual
dependencies, and the dependencies for git-deborig differ between
stretch and sid, It is not reasonably possible to write a dependency
which allows git-deborig to work. This is another reason why this
test does not work in a formal run (this time, failing only on
sid/buster).
So, drop use of git-deborig, and the resulting dependency on
devscripts. (dgit and git-debrebase pull in devscripts anyway, so
that is academic.)

Now all the cases in dgit's branch_is_gdr history walker are tested:
DGIT_TEST_DEBUG=-DD tests/using-intree tests/run-all
cat tests/tmp/*.log |perl -ne 'next unless s/^branch_is_gdr \w+ //; print' |sort -u |less
Produces the same list as:
git-grep 'branch_is_gdr ' | perl -pe 's/^^dgit:\s+//' |sort |less
(With the list of gdr commit annotations the same as in the source.)
