* General: Update build system to upstream support of meson+ninja.Sven Eden2017-08-04
| | | | | | | | Upstream thinks, that the auto tools are too 'legacy', or that they are at least no longer fitting. We follow, as the classic auto tools files have been removed, so no other choice here...

* Prep v231.3: Add --with-cgroup-controller=name to configureSven Eden2017-06-29
| | | | | | | This option can be used, if elogind is built while a different cgroup controller than planned is active. A valid scenario could be a gentoo user switching from systemd to openrc+elogind.
* Classify processes from sessions into cgroupsSven Eden2017-03-14
| | | | | | | Create a private cgroup tree associated with no controllers, and use it to map PIDs to sessions. Since we use our own path structure, remove internal cgroup-related helpers that interpret the cgroup path structure to pull out users, slices, and scopes.

* Prep v221: Update and clean up build system to sync with upstreamSven Eden2017-03-14
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | This commit replays the moving around of source files that have been done between systemd-219 and systemd-221. Further the Makefile.am is synchronized with the upstream version and then "re-cleaned". A lot of functions, that are not used anywhere in elogind have been coated into #if 0/#endif directives to further shorten the list of dependencies. All unneeded files have been removed.
* Merge remaining elogind/master root files of the systemd upstream tag 'v220'Sven Eden2017-03-14

* core: remove tcpwrap supportLennart Poettering2014-03-24
| | | | | | | | | | | | tcpwrap is legacy code, that is barely maintained upstream. It's APIs are awful, and the feature set it exposes (such as DNS and IDENT access control) questionnable. We should not support this natively in systemd. Hence, let's remove the code. If people want to continue making use of this, they can do so by plugging in "tcpd" for the processes they start. With that scheme things are as well or badly supported as they were from traditional inetd, hence no functionality is really lost.
