* Fixed hplip.desktop and added hplip-kubuntu.desktop.
  Kubuntu doesn't have any application categorised in "Settings"
  so that results a crappy Kmenu. The hplip.desktop file will show
  in gnome and xfce, and the kubuntu one, only shows in KDE, in
  "System" section
