d/rules: Set SFML_PKGCONFIG_INSTALL_PREFIX
Now that the pkgconfig patches have been dropped, the pkgconfig files
will be installed in the wrong location on kFreeBSD. Use the newly
added CMake option to override the default location to fix this.
Also remove the SFML_INSTALL_PKGCONFIG_FILES option which is now the
default on Linux and kFreeBSD.
