Those two patches came from the upstream development release
and are now part of 1.6.1 release so no longer needed.

page_offset can always be calculated as 'virtual - physical' for a
direct mapping area on x86. Therefore, remove the version dependent
calculation and use this method.

This change also drops the makedumpfile-static package. It now depends
on libebl, which is not available in a static library. In any case,
Nobody is using it (I added it so Ubuntu could use it in their custom
crash initrd, but they decided to use the dynamic version in a chroot
instead).

Commit log:
Fix following compile warning when building with gcc 4.5 and with the
flags '-O2 -Wall -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fstack-protector -funwind-tables
-fasynchronous-unwind-tables -g -O2 -Wall'.
In function 'strcpy',
inlined from 'write_kdump_header' at makedumpfile.c:5457:8: \
/usr/include/bits/string3.h:107:3: warning: call to \
__builtin___strcpy_chk will always overflow destination buffer
Solution: Don't copy the terminating zero byte.

Added to debian/patches/upstream so that our source outside of the
debian directory is pristine.

Although upstream hasn't updated its LATEST_VERSION macro, this version
works without modification on Linux 2.6.32. Squelch a warning that a
2.6.32 kernel is not supported.

We now provide a dynamically linked binary in the makedumpfile package,
and a static binary in the makedumpfile-static package.

Also, update the changelog to reflect new upstream version.
