Switch to bootstrap
We no longer keep autogenerated files in git. * .gitignore: Add **/Makefile, **/Makefile.in, /ABOUT-NLS, /aclocal.m4, /build-aux, /config.h.in, /configure, /gl, /gnulib, docs/INSTALL.autoconf, po/Makefile.in.in, po/Makevars, po/Rules-quot, po/boldquot.sed, po/en@boldquot.header, po/en@quot.header, po/insert-header.sin, po/quot.sed, and po/remove-potcdate.sin.
