Restart waitpid if it returns with EINTR (ticket #17)
* modules/pam_unix/pam_unix_acct.c: run waitpid in a while loop.
* modules/pam_unix/pam_unix_passwd.c: Likewise.
* modules/pam_unix/support.c: Likewise.
