LaTeX template: support for custom font families.
Needed for correct polyglossia operation with Cyrillic fonts and perhaps
can find some other usages. Example usage in YAML metadata:
```
fontfamilies:
- name: \cyrillicfont
font: Liberation Serif
- name: \cyrillicfonttt
options: Scale=MatchLowercase
font: Liberation
```
