Made wrapper scripts sensitive to PANDOC_OPTS environment variable,
which may contain command-line options to be passed to pandoc.
+ Changed the scripts themselves, including $PANDOC_OPTS after 'pandoc'
+ Added ENVIRONMENT to man pages for wrappers
+ Formatting changes to man files
+ Added description of PANDOC_OPTS to README
