Fixed bug in Markdown raw HTML parsing.
This was a regression, with the rewrite of `htmlInBalanced`
(from `Text.Pandoc.Readers.HTML`) in 1.17.
It caused newlines to be omitted in raw HTML blocks.
Closes #2804.
