Small caps in Bracketed Spans (#3191)
* Markdown reader: modify bracketedSpan to check small caps
* MANUAL.txt: add description on the use of `bracketed_spans` in small cap
* Improve markdown readers: bracketedSpan function EXACTLY as spanHtml
