New module, Text.Pandoc.MediaBag.
Moved `MediaBag` definition and functions from Shared: `lookupMedia`, `mediaDirectory`, `insertMedia`, `extractMediaBag`. Removed `emptyMediaBag`; use `mempty` instead, since `MediaBag` is a Monoid.
