Rewrote normalize for efficiency. (Closes #1385.)
* Added normalizeInlines, normalizeBlocks.
* Type signature is now more narrow, `Pandoc -> Pandoc` instead of
`Data a :: a -> a`. Some users may need to change their uses of
`normalize` to the newly exported `normalizeInlines` or
`normalizeBlocks`.
