Remove obsolete and pointless options.
Affected options:
- flow_by_smell (didn't do anything)
- use_color
- compress_savefile
- flavored_attacks (was disabled via #if 0)
- permanent_levels (was marked EXPERIMENTAL and didn't really work properly)
