Simplify test infrastructure
* Manage dependencies with Cask
* Add a Vagrantfile and a shell script for provisioning
* Simplify Makefile
* Add a script for running the tests in batch mode
The one thing that remains to be done is to reintegrate the batch
checkdoc check.
