is a generator that automatically redirects the boot
process to <filename>system-update.target</filename>
if <filename>/system-update</filename> exists. This is
required to implement the logic explained in the

url="http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/SystemUpdates">System
Updates Specification</ulink>.
