build: Fix builddir != srcdir with gtk-doc
Gtk-doc would previously mark the symbols in the generated eosversion.h
(EOS_MAJOR_VERSION, etc.) as undeclared and undocumented. This makes
gtk-doc scan the generated eosversion.h file as well for comments.
