Make available input in collection function (#1838)
when helm-comp-read is used with sync source.
* helm-mode.el (helm-comp-read-get-candidates): Make INPUT defaulting
to helm-pattern instead of empty string. Fix docstring.
(helm-comp-read): Ensure INPUT is empty string when using
:candidates-in-buffer even if that should never happen.
(helm-completing-read-default-find-tag): No need to specify INPUT.
