To prepare to load ncbi (6.1.20031028) into
ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current, perform 9 renames.
* ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/rpsblast.txt: Renamed from
ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/README.rps.
* ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/netblast.txt: Renamed from
ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/README.nbl.
* ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/megablast.txt: Renamed from
ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/README.mbl.
* ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/impala.txt: Renamed from
ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/README.imp.
* ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/platform/ibm_auto64.ncbi.mk:
Renamed from
ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/platform/ibm_pwr3.ncbi.mk.
* ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/formatdb.txt: Renamed from
ncbi-tools6/branches/upstream/current/doc/README.formatdb.
