+
+<p>The 'listp' predicate function checks if the 'expr' is a list.
+<a href="t.htm">&nbsp;T&nbsp;</a> is returned if 'expr' is a
+list or an empty list [the <a href="nil.htm">NIL</a> value],
+<a href="nil.htm">NIL</a> is returned otherwise.</p>
