pam_env: code cleanups
Raise BUF_SIZE to 8192 bytes.
* modules/pam_env/pam_env.c (_parse_env_file): Ignore lines starting with '='.
(_assemble_line): Detect long lines and binary files.
(_check_var): Avoid overwriting global variable.
(_expand_arg): Avoid repeated strlen calls.
