2.7.0-2 was not released; drop 2.7.0-3
zenburn-emacs version 2.7.0-2 was not released, despite the change
from "UNRELEASED" to "unstable" in the changelog. There was a
confusion when we were about to release -2, more details in:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=988297
This commit folds the change done for 2.7.0-3 into the 2.7.0-2 entry.
